Our key General Contractor Services and Construction Restoration services also include structural repairs, interior finish work, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, demolition, code compliance and Going Green LEED.
Full Project Management
We offer full Project Management services including Due diligence; Architectural & design evaluation; Design team selection – negotiation, contracting & management ; General contractor selection– negotiation, contracting & management ; FF&E purchasing; Supervise installation processes to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly; Manage the project budget and invoice processing; Cost analysis & value management; Provide timely reports detailing progress and spend amounts; Budget development & analysis; Change management; Project close-out & punch list management; Operations & pre-opening planning.

Budgeting
The intelligence gathered in the market and strategic analyses enable the creation of a pro forma for use in making a final evaluation of your property’s project merits and for use in making presentations to lenders and investors.
We can prepare a renovation operating budget for the proposed project and attend project meetings where recommendations will be discussed regarding the layout, design, and functionality of guest rooms, public areas, etc
We can identify and handle purchasing of all operating supplies and equipment and identify, bid for, and contract with all vendors needed for post-opening operating supplies.
